Navy SEAL Matt Bissonnette var med på aksjonen som drepte Osama Bin Laden. Nå skriver han den første boken om den dramatiske dagen.
I følge Entertainment Weekly sin nettside har førsteopplaget av No Easy Day gått fra 300.000 til 400.000 til 575.000. Lanseringen er også flyttet fra 11. september til 4. september på grunn av det massive trøkket fra butikker og lesere.
Og det er all grunn til å være spent på innholdet. Boken er den første fortellingen fra en av Navy SEAL-soldatene som var med på raidet mot Osama Bin Laden i Pakistan 2. mai i fjor, et raid som selvsagt endte med at Bin Laden ble skutt, drept og begravet på havet noen timer senere.
No Easy Day (kul tittel, forresten) er skrevet av en kar som kaller seg Mark Owen, men det er allerede avslørt at hans egentlige navn er Matt Bissonnette (ikke samme Matt Bissonnette som spilte bass for David Lee Roth, dessverre). Bissonnette 36 år gammel, har er vokst opp i Alaska, og har fem Bronze Stars og et Purple Heart for sin karriere i det amerikanske militæret.
